TrueDraft Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)

The Company collects the following information through Google Login (Google OAuth) for smooth service provision and user identification:

• Required items: Google account email, unique identifier (UID), profile image

Article 2 (Document Data Processing and Security)

TrueDraft prioritizes user document security.

• Temporary storage: Documents uploaded by users (guidelines, reports) are stored in the server's temporary directory for analysis.
• Automatic deletion: Uploaded original files and generated report files are permanently deleted from the server within a maximum of 10 minutes after analysis completion or download.
• No-training principle: Data uploaded by users is not used for AI model training and is not leaked externally.

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

User account information (email and credit balance, etc.) is retained until service withdrawal, stored for the period specified by law, and destroyed without delay thereafter.

Article 4 (User Rights)

Users have the right to view or modify their personal information at any time or request deletion of personal information by withdrawing from the service.
