TrueDraft Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions define the terms and procedures for using the AI Document Audit Service 'TrueDraft' (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by 'MaeBara Labs' (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Service Content and Credits)

• The Company provides document comparison and compliance review functions using AI.
• This service can be used by consuming 'Credits', which can be purchased through payment methods designated by the Company (such as Lemon Squeezy).
• Consumed credits are immediately deducted when analysis begins.

Article 3 (Refund and Cancellation Policy)

• Withdrawal of subscription: Users may request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of purchase.
• Refund restrictions:
  • If analysis has started and credits have already been deducted, refunds for that analysis are not possible.
  • Credits provided free of charge through events or promotions are excluded from refunds.
• Payment fees: Payment platform fees and remittance fees incurred from refunds due to user's simple change of mind may be borne by the user.

Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)

• The Company does not guarantee that AI analysis results are always 100% accurate. Analysis results are for reference only, and final judgment and responsibility rest with the user.
• In the event of service interruption due to technical errors, the Company will proceed with credit recovery according to the compensation policy, but will not be liable for any indirect damages.
